I can't think of a worse result than this business update.

The call option granted to Wellington Capital (Jenny Hutson) effectively hand over the whole thing over for free plus paying them management fees.

This is not a transactions in arms length, I don't think Sol Lew dared to have such a transaction.

People, I have to say my suspicion about Chris Scott and Jenny Hutson is now self evident. ( I wish my suspicion were wrong, but unfortunately it is not).

Such deal between CS and Jenny Hutson should be challenged and declared void.
