2. If the option is exercised:
a. the profit - we know this is likely to be none due to the freeze and market condition;
b. the value of FUM is again a price to be negotiated between CS and Jenny Hutson - do you expect Wellington Capital will pay good price?
c. The price they pay will go to PIF, Octavia will gain little if not nothing;
d. Wellington capital doesn't have much capital.....what's their ability to finance the purchase?
