And regardless of the Zijin result from this week (which will still take a long time given previous ICC examples), we will nonetheless need to have the Cominiere ICC case play out. Not least given they are trying to dissolve the JVA and to have the licence reassigned, using arguments not directly linked to the JC/Zijin issue. So we'll need to get the JC jurisdictional challenge pushed through, then try to get a hearing date lined up for the subsequent cominiere case (which unlike the JC/Zijin cade was brought forward by us).
