Do you have a link to that MMCS ruling? I was under the impression that it was still being waited on. Some months ago it was mentioned on Twitter (i think by Franck?) that a ruling hadn't been made/publicised. Great news if it was made though, especially if it was done within weeks of the hearing as stated here.

i agree that the Cominiere case should be an easy win, just is likely to drag the arbitration process out a bit. Im sure the snakes over at Zijin and their legal advisors will try and throw a few more spanners into the works too. Possibly through Cominiere, or through Dathomir even as seen in their latest gambit.

fingers crossed it goes faster than i expect however.
