Aidan, maybe this is something we have common ground on....

but "weak and obsequious state government's" come and go but are they really that game to change legislation relating to land ownership and resource ownership and royalties and exploration that in all probability is 100 years old plus.  One rule for the northern rivers.  Another for the rest of NSW.
