I disagree Keries. Anthony Roberts seems really big on process and this is another of those milestones the Government put into place, which has now been ticked off. Hopefully a step closer.
The reality is that if a Metgasco worker/subcontractor drops a Coke Can on the site Nimby and Isaks will be there with a camera shouting "Look at all of the damage they have done"
