Exactly how is Putin communist, he's a dictator simple fact, all dictators without exception are right wing or fascist that is the nature of the beast, in no large society is communism practiced at best you may call them benevolent dictatorships, the only place that communism is practiced in it's purist form is on the northern coast of Papua new guinea and maybe Irian Jaya, otherwise communism does not exist no matter what they label themselves.
