I would have thought negotiating with BHP to pay 20c a share when the sp was 2c is pretty skillful.

I would have thought to negotiate to get their JV partner in China to pay for ALL exploration was pretty good.

I would have thought that negotiating with ticor to take on India would have been skilful - shares went to 20c. It was the Indian government that killed that one.

Then there is licence with Kumbar in SA

Then there is Licence with BMX

Then there is the ILU/CRL Licence

Then there is a BHP licences.

Albeit they have not produced an income for APG AT THIS POINT the point is they may, and more importantly the world know that these companies have shown enough interest in the technologies to take up the licenses. Thats enough to get others looking.

Now that the technologies are proven these companies may very well move on their licences and put money in the APG bank account.

All of the above takes skill and planning.
