well said @kennylca.... even though english is my first language I do empathise with you. English is my first language however I was not born in Australia and having spent majority of my lifetime here I have found Australians in particular have a great skill in discriminating between the 'blow ins' and the 'non' blow ins (horrible term). I grew up in many countries (as a child) and as an adult spent many years travelling and enjoying many different cultures. I only hope that one day the average Australian chooses other factors to discriminate their would be counterparts with.... english or language spoken not being one of them.

in regards to CXO .... I cant offer you much advice/incentive..... I was a holder many, many years ago at 19c so I hope for both myself and others that we can hit that mark again !!!
