The 50 who got fired could be the lucky ones getting paid all their entitlements. Those left behind could be standing in line behind Stark who has a floating charge over CMQ assets.

Could be tragic for all other old faithfuls - they may consider a class action against the company directors for the admitted lack of corporate governance - there's money on those directors' insurance!
