If he acts like at AGO and flips it for $5M profit then BMM will have to bid 8.0c if they think he will flip it which I doubt he will.
Why would AF flip this 8c after he held for years at 23c?!
All the while allowing himself to be diluted from 33% to 11% and then when BMM made their move in hours he was paying $600k cash onmarket to block them and getting the BOD to call a TH with direct CR to himself and then another record large CR at 5.0c increasing equity from 1.1B to 2.6B.
Thats not what he did at AGO or ANL.
