POS has to wipe out that Jefferies CN now assigned to BMM and pay it off and avoid any cheap poisonous yankee bond debt. They have to get the SP way higher and start accumulating shares in friendly alliance hands like CS and use the swiss bankers as a cover.

Forrest & Co need to hold 51% in friendly hands and ensure they have a further defensive strategy other than more dilution at cheap prices which has not worked for the neutral shareholders.

BMM has a strategy here and once the NP rebounds, they may well make their move before POS gets too expensive for them.

BMM are the cappers IMHO.
BMM voted against resolution 8 with others and blocked it as more dilution is not needed and would be counter productive to a cheap takeover bid by them.
