It's the Time Zone that the Unicorns live in. 

- VWAC is volume weighted average cost. Useful when reporting average cost of a total investment holding (in the hands of a single investor) when different sized parcels are acquired at different price points. Closely related to VWAP.

- VWAP is volume weighted average price. Useful when reporting average prices traded for a given time period having regard for the volume traded at each price point (e.g. daily traded VWAP for a given market).

Many punters use VWAC and VWAP interchangeably. I usually don't.

PS. SB's 23c is wrong too! He's just throwing darts, as usual! (LOL!):

- AF held his initial $2m holding (5m @ 40c) for 5 years (2007-2012). ('Only' $2m invested during this time.)

- When AF upped his holding in 2012 to $14.9m (actual cumulative cost of his then 130m holding) it resulted in a total holding VWAC of 11.5c for the next 6 years (2012-2018) while the heavy dilution occurred.

- And after this recent round his total holding VWAC sits at 6.8c (473m shares @ $32.2m total cumulative cost).

Clearly 'someone' didn't bother to read the earlier link that pointed to the readily-verifiable detailed holdings/acquisitions break-down.
