BMM hostile bid at 6.0c last time but got hit with the classic poison pill defence of massive dilution to friendly holders. They got 19.8% also as a peace offering but this has only emboldened them more.

The yanks are not here to hold a friendly 20% holding forever.
They want these cheap plants we got from the ruskies for $1.5M worth $1.5B that are in "very good condition".

POS must get the SP higher, AF must take the extra 50M on market, POS must pay off the CN debt in full and do a Buyback sub 5.5c (zeb I disagree). They must get CS and friendly AF loyalists to buy in more.

Only this way can they beat the yanks at their own game.

Edison can bid at 6.0c but will need more like 11.0c to have a 50% chance.
the long suffering shareholders who bought in at 10c-30c over the last 10 years would not sell out at 6.0c imho. The INSTOs like JPM BNP Citi may well sell out for a small profit.
