The DD after 2 years must surely have been completed long since by now.
does she commit ~$19M for another ~210M shares at ~9c or not, when POS SP is 5.4c?
Will her Texan CFO & Board sign off on such a move?
Will she make a bolder more aggressive move or keep the current peace?
Will she strike, to be or not be, that is the question.



To analyse this impending decision one could consider the following imho:-
- is POS infrastructure built by Lionore & Norlsk at 3.7MTpa mill capacity worth an extra $19M LT?
- are the POS current reserves of 390kT from the prior 4 working mines & future resources like at GS worth an extra $19M LT?
- can she buy another 8% POS shares on market under 9c if she makes a TO bid?
- will 30% of holders like those yankee banks in at 5c CR sell their shares to another yank at 9c or less, for an 80% capital gain?
- can she get a 50% holding and take Board control at 9c or more?
- does she want the equity stake or the $19M cash back?
- how will they ever produce at Lanfranchi without a mill, whats the LT plan for nickel production in WA?
- do they want to take on the big gorilla in the Ark
- what would the gorilla do in response, will he give it up for a mere 30% profit again or take aggressive poison pill action in days like in 2018?

What will she do?
IIf she converts the CN to shares by 30 September then POS goes debt free with an extra $19M cash at bank,
if not she keeps $19M cash & has to pay for shares on market via a formal T/O bid
