I agree Romy - effective & transparent communication is a good thing. No banker/financier would commit to $100m in funding without seriously ascertaining the chances of a sound return on investment.... so I wouldn't be surprised if some key things like contracts/deals for applying this dewatering technology are further advanced than the market thinks.
