PoetPlus, good post - I agree with every point you made.
I was wondering whether it's a case of having the lab working on results and they've seen the SP start creeping up a lazy 15-20% so they've thrown in the TH.
But I'm just not so sure they'd submit a TH just on that issue and then come out with expected results..
