It is a good point. I think details will be in the quarterly cash flow. From their previous quarterly:

"Following its January 2008 announcement that it had signed
a multi-million US dollar Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) to supply 6 million Avian
Influenza Virus Antigen Test kits into a South-East Asia country, the Group has also received an
*irrevocable* purchase order for the first batch of 500,000 test kits...."

I don't think they would be able to use the word "irrevocable" if the order wasn't rock solid. To me this means that RBY has to deliver on that commitment so it comes down to your confidence in whether they can get out an order that large out in a timely manner.

The next quarterly which I expect will be out soon should be interesting.
