Don't tell them. Stop going cap in hand begging to be able to live your life. If you want a fire shelter on YOUR land and the neighbours have no issues with it then just do it. How can something be approved in one state but not fit for purpose in another? They are taking the piss and we need to respond with all the peaceful disobedience and utmost contempt for their stupid and capricious 'rules' as we can muster. And we must support others who do the same.
