Hi DB the operatorship option comes with the 35% sold by COP so whoever ends up with that retains that option regardless of what CNE do IMO.

It's hard to say what CNE will do with SNE, its the jewel in their crown and they have the option to sell either or both of their Catcher and Kraken projects to help fund SNE, although that would mean dropping their income stream which begins this year
They will be under no pressure to make a desision on SNE and would be unlikely to move before FID when the serious spending begins..their 40% stake in SNE will likely provide twice the combined production from their stakes in Catcher and Kraken and with a higher quality product...still something will have to give as their debt level would prevent keeping all projects one would think..
