Its not my point Szaba. My point is that WPL management have said publicly that buying a holding company means pre-emptive rights do not exist.
When and if CNE/FAR sell their SNE holding companies, WPL will have no PE rights by their own admission...... you can't have it both ways, that was my point. DB
