A lot of investors are morons.
They are sitting ducks.
They are literally cannon fodder and they don't even realise it.
They are pseudo PR parrots for companies.
Simply look at CTP as an example of the utter despair of holders when your company is stolen from you.
Or SGH or any number of dead in the water stocks.
Ask questions now, not when people are calling for class actions.
The SP is signaling something is wrong.
It may well be someone capping the stock but it may be something else.
