Strategically and tactically there are a lot of directions this business can go in as well. Hopefully the right direction. Housing construction is very expensive in Aus, and I suspect there is a lot of scope to come up with new prefab/modular solutions to this problem, especially if the designs can appeal to the market. They aren't marketed very well ATM, and you would need critical mass, and to focus on appealing to women a lot more.
