I think this is one or more of the three players who are getting their loans converted to shares who are selling down their current shareholding.

I don't think its Bart given he's a Director (and it would be a bad look) so its one of the other two.

I noticed one of their names in a sell-down of NYR stock recently through a change in sub notice....that would explain 3m

It's a strange decision really - if you're a major shareholder in a stock which is not liquid, why would you drive down the price like this?

Everyone has their reasons for cashing out I guess....

Given the conversions are being done at around 51c you would the selling won't drive it down much further than here...unless its being shorted as well
