    You should sell. You do not like the deal so take your money off the table and put it on a table that you have more comfort. There is a single buyer for 11,7 million shares waiting for your scrip.

    There will not be another bidder because only UUUU can match what WUC brings to the party. And UUUU is in limbo for 3-4 months.
