Seriously, I can't believe it.
We are at 4.8c - back to where we were when the dust was still settling from Shell's exit. Fear has taken hold, and I like it!
Fundamentally this is ridiculously cheap given current and projected O&G industry dynamics, increase prospects with Guinea Bissau and ongoing negotiations on Senegal. It is difficult to quantify how we could possibly be in a worse position now than we were immediately after Shell exited.
IMHO the market is cutting off FAR's nose despite its face....the problem now is the the long-termers (like me) are probably not willing to drop the sell depth down to 4.8c - as soon as that happens it will be hard not to top up.
