I guess time will tell.
I know the parties involved really want this deal to go through. I never enter a position without doing my homework, and the risk to reward ratio is more than acceptable to me, so I am prepared to accept whatever happens. Just because the price is unusually down, in the absence of anything concrete, doesn't sway me to change my mind. In fact, the unusual nature of the trading going on, makes my decision firmer.
