    Maybe from the MM's, not really sure how that all works but i guess normal trading account stops are sold on market as they are hit because i don't believe the likes of commsec or etrade will have individual account stops hit and processed but hold the shares themselves to try and get a better price, far too risky for a bunch of bankers, they like easy money like fee's, penalties and interest, however MM's can and do take extra risk and have been known to go bang aswell.
