first off I am amazed how people believe the MTA is or can be construed as 3M endosing the product. This is false; it is ONLY to do THEIR own testing to validate or otherwise the delivery mechanism. It in no way is supporting or otherwise it is their own due diligence.

secondly I discussed with others that no more than me and I suspect you as to the delivery effectiveness of this and the response is whilst evidence can point to clinical trial success it is a long way short, at this stage, of offering large transfer of medical delivery.......Which leads us back to the first....obviously 3M see some POSSIBLE opportunity based on their understanding of delivery HOWEVER they have to BE SURE.... not near enough is good enough; because their reputation is on the line.....
