It's a sad fact that if a western nation went to the aid of the victims they would be seen not as trying to help stop the genocide but more as a political or religious invasion of their contry, politics and religion.
We all known what is the moral, ethical, right thing to do. But if only doing it was that simple.
I don't have the answer.
