This infers to me that the member states have committed to effective response to public health risks by 2012. Vaccines are great in season and they aid in building immunities; however, they are not reliable (hence the current giveaways). Antivirals are the securest means of treatment. Given that the Professor has recently increased his holding, I am expecting strong support for antivirals for a while yet.
