It's similar to the neo-nazi taking offence and getting outraged that a Jew should be walking on the same street as him. "How dare he!!!!", says the skin-head moron and gets goaded into kicking his head in. Justified in his mind.

So when you typically respond to what you perceive as a goad - I wipe the foam from your mouth and flick it back to you.
