Funding hasn't been organised for this bid and the target date is 18 December. I think SP Telemedia may struggle to convince the Banks to lend $375M for the acquisition.
Once the funding is organised or not organised, we will probably get a clearer picture of PWK's share price direction. Untill then, share price will be driven by investors bailing out.
