Well said Williams. Trickle down is a good term... you'd be lucky if you can catch a trickle leaking from the pocket of the rich. Mostly it's placed in tax effective shelters and hoarded, except for the overseas holidays and imported luxury items. None of which help the locals... but then you wouldn't want them catching up would you?
