Since the CR announcement, investors are unexpectedly being asked to look into the abyss of the unknown as well as cough up cash.

Clearly this uncertainty has created a crisis of confidence.

Each person must make their own assessment whether the business decision and the funding option chosen is a sign of something ominous or the bell of opportunity ringing. No one here can really tell which.

However, in my own experience with many speculative investments, IMU does not smell like a train wreck. Quite the contrary. It is working its way through a capital intensive IP web.

We all hold a SPP call, at a 2.5% discount to the weighted average price since the announcement. It is a good card to hold.

I have averaged my way down with significant investments through the high 7s and then again today at the low 7s drawing on capital reserves. From here, I intend to sit until the SPP close date to see how the dust settles.

If the SPP looks higher than current prices, I will pass. If it is even lower than say 7.5c, I expect to buy more to the mid 7 digit holding already accumulated.

All retail investors should be well and truly prepared for the CR to fall well short. Participation in most SPPs usually sit around 40% of the offering. In this case I would be surprised if it reaches 20%- 25%. This could provide yet another post CR shock.

Posters have correctly identified the transaction requires a relatively small up front capital outlay, with milestone payments settled in either cash or equity. So why did managment opt for $60m cash? We really don't know.

It is unsettling to see a stock tank as much as IMU has.I suspect we are all feeling nervous as this CR takes its course.

As best as one can, holders and believers have no option but to trust managment and the research team and if possible participate in the raise. If one cannot find trust easily, either look away for 6 months and hope it works out, or get out.

This is not a stock for the faint hearted, and certainly not financially strong or predictable. It burns cash. The SP has been in single digits before and made many here, a lot of money. It could do so again. I am up for the challenge as I hope many are.

All my opinion only and absolutely not personal advice.
