It is also a technical barrier from June 12/13 2008 where 4.5/4.6 was the highs and then dropped back.
The volume today however is around 8 times higher. Dare I say different this time around in more ways than one.
The all time high volume someone stated that was in 2005 was also pre Pacmag/Lance deal. Not sure what went on back then but Steinpres seems to have been involved.
The next all time high and the one i was referring to was 112M on feb 13 2007. Today was getting very close to that and it is already now the 3rd highest volume day since the pacmag deal where PEN turned to uranium.
