    Dose not matter how long anyone has held a stock, as far as QPN? when did they change from NEO? etc. This is no different to any other company dragging the chain, employing a multitude of Super Directors who are emptying the coffers with admin fees.
    You are better off asking the directors, What is the point of their jobs and duty of disclosure to their SH's, I would imagine their mates in the states are better informed than we.
    This is all IMHO.
