re: neo I had a chat with OPL and asked them why they are not releasing updates and are they as optimistic as NEO are: The reply was:
OPLs policy is to notify at the spud and then at the completion of the drill unless they find something substantially more than was expected.
To the Q of optimistic, the reply was why would we be spending money on drilling all these holes if we think there was nothing in it.
And also the company can't disclose everything due to private operators in US not allowing it.
The person I spoke to seemed quite optimistic!!
