Rey first needs to get the results from the PFS to make sure they can get the coal out of the ground. Secondly and very importantly, they need some JVs signed... No point having the resources if noone wants it.
IMO, i think once the PFS results are in and are positive, JVs should start rolling in. But we'll have to wait and see. With this management who knows!
