Massey, I agree. 50% easy. Already at least 10% so far round here. But 20% at the high end (have a look at Sovereign Islands). Two and a quarter years supply of properties on the market at the end of March in our suburbs, according to one agent's published brochure (how stupid are these guys and gals!).
We were going to sell and rent for a couple of years - too much hassle, so we'll stay put and expect to save $1m on our next house, and lose $200k on this one.
