lol Massey so u are saying a 1mill house will shortly be worth only 500k?? I think that is scare mongering! Yes there will be drops but not like that. People still have jobs and earn good money... try more like 25% from here tops! In the big cities like Perth, Sydney, Melb etc I cant see any of the inner city houses dropping 50% like u say... only ones in rubbish areas imho
