whats been keep far back is the current board. they allready had a lot of shares on issue and a convertible note( which some brokers hate stocks with convertible note and steer clear of them) so now more shares and a convertible note. its looks much more interesting and apealing now. but still need to payback/cancel the convertible note then there sp may go some where , and a consolidation
