Reminds me of a bill i received for $0.02c from an insurance company.
I taped two 1c pieces to the bill and sent it back. Just so happened i ticked the box asking for a receipt. I also included a small note suggesting that they had spent 90c (2 x 45c stamps) in collecting their 2c. Got my receipt a few days later but never heard anything about my little note. At least it got the bill paid.
