Hey Gopher. Ngualla is still an amazing deposit. Unfortunately the Tanzanian government upset the apple cart with regulatory challenges and then Appian sold to the Shenghe. Now the Brazilian ionic clays have turned up the REE development space is crowded. In my opinion these could disrupt the whole industry.
