setting a due date for milestone completion and failing to achieve all due dates 35 times consecutively in 3 years is called not having control of your project (not macro).
also the timing of cap raises is not macro.
also the cash burn is not macro.
also releasing quarterly reports on the last day legally is not macro.
also the $1m salaries for a penny dreadful is not macro
