The potential 50/50 JV does not include ownership of the tenement. Only the exploration and production of
gold from the Conglomerate gold on that tenement. Any other commodities found on that tenement that are not related "to the conglomerate gold or other commodities normally occurring with that gold" are not part of that potential JV. ARV will continue to own that tenement and may find other commodities within that tenement.
The $2 M JV earn in is just for the JV of Conglomerate gold and not for anything else found on that tenement,other than that described above.
