Banks colluded with each other to offer their terms. PJ told them to go and get fked. Caterpillar will finace the $100million and PJ is in serious discussions to obtain finance that will not effect shareholder value. (Very good decision)

Banks have scrambled back to PJ to seek another few options for him to discuss. Put simply, PJ is tearing them all new rsoles and an outcome I expect is imminent in the next 24-48 hours.

PJ is no fool and the banks thought they could get away with it.
