Sorry dont agree richconn,
Kev wants the options converted as the only way forward financially is to issue more shares. If the 10c options dont get exercised he will later have to issue shares at a lower price. You still get dilution and even more negative sentiment. If conditions turn so as options get converted that will be a plus for FMS and all shareholders.
