Agreed, but the 38M wnont go far without a big partner. They have enough cash to drill holes to prove a resource. Then they can sell themselves to whoever wants to provide more capital...and commitment. oppie holders are great, but results are better...and if you have as many shares as the chairman, you may well get better leverage without the dilution...if you know you have the product
