PEK have in place a Tanzanian Non-Executive Director, being the Hon. Abdullah Mwinyi, who has very strong Government networks in place so I suggest people read hi bi-op on the PEK www site...After reading it you might just ask yourself "if anyone would know, he would"..... Sometime it makes sense to read between the lines !!
